300 Club!

Do you want to join the 300 Club?

How do you know if you don’t even know what the 300 Club is? Well, let me explain...

The 300 Club is a club everyone longs to join, it is a club that represents commitment, achievement and optimal health. Using inspiration from my time in the military to create an inclusive and fun 10 week fitness and health programme which is age and sex specific. You are not competing against anybody but yourself and the goal is to truly work to improve your health and fitness alongside others in a supportive environment.

I honestly believe that without a goal, the drive and desire to improve any element of your life from work to health is impossible, or at most it is just pot luck if you achieve the outcome. As the quote goes ‘a goal without a plan is just a dream’ so my idea with this challenge is to provide the goal and the plan to get there, you just have to commit and work with me to reach the goal of a fitter, healthier you by Christmas 2019!

The first 300 Club challenge starts on Sunday 20th of October and runs up until Sunday 22nd December. Over the 10 weeks you will get:

  • 2 Personal Trainer led sessions each week - Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm & Sunday 9-10am at Deeside Rugby Club, Banchory, AB31 5QA

  • 1 Home based session each week

  • 10 week challenge log book to track progress

  • Nutrition advice and tailored individual feedback

  • 300 Club forum with weekly fitness and health tips

  • Supportive community

The 300 Club is based on a matrix which is age and sex specific across three areas; aerobic endurance, muscular strength and core specific strength. You score points based on your age and sex and the 10 week programme is carefully designed to ensure you improve in all three areas. You really can get fit for Christmas and fitter than you have ever been before. Lets start 2020 with a bang!

The total price of this challenge is £350 but for the first 300 Club Challenge I’m going to run a discounted price of £220, a bargain for 30 sessions, tailored nutrition advice and a supportive community forum. (Payment plans are available to spread the cost over the three months - for more information see FAQs below).

How do I sign up?

Just send an email to fay@fayjordan.com to secure your place. If places are unavailable you will be informed that you are on the waiting list.

I have not exercised for a while can I still take part?

Yes of course, this challenge is a personal challenge and only set to support you with achieving your goal of becoming fitter and healthier. The scores don’t matter, we have fun, train hard and the 10 weeks will fly by!

I can’t make every session, can I still join the challenge?

Don’t worry I recognise that attending every session can be difficult, the 300 Club forum will be updated with session plans that you can do at home if you miss a session, plus you get one home session a week and lots of fitness and nutrition tips to support you in your quest to join the 300 Club.

What is the scoring system and the outline of the 300 Club Challenge?

The 10 weeks start with the 300 club challenge. This is where you try your best to run or run/walk 1.5 miles, hold a plank and do as many push ups as you can in 2 minutes (don’t worry you can do them on your knees). The scoring system is based on your sex and your age. It will all become apparent when you sign up and get your log book!

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay the full balance of £220 before the challenge starts on the 20 October or you can opt for 3 instalments - £100 to secure your place before the 20 October and then £60 due on the 1 November and the final £60 due on the 1 December.
