Lucy Put The Training In & Smashed Her First 10K!
Before starting Fay’s 10k plan I could hardly run 3k, the plan helped me to improve the distances and times of my runs and I started to enjoy it a lot more. It also guided me to work on my breathing and strength in preparation for the 10k which was a big help. By the day of the race I was confident as I knew I had followed the plan and done as much as I could to prepare for it. Fay was always there to answer any questions and I felt like I had 100% support from her throughout all of the training.
