Hi Guys & Welcome!

I am passionate about adventure, nutrition and fitness. I want to inspire and encourage people to think big and take control of their health.

Victoria Is Ticking Off A Year Of Challenges!

I first contacted Fay when I, in a bid to raise some money for charity, signed myself up to a variety of physical challenges. These included swimming the length of the Channel in my local pool, some 5km runs, the Banchory Beast, the Illuminator night Trail race and an Aquathon. It should be known at this point that I am not a natural athlete. Up until my mid twenties leggings were only ever used for pizza nights or pregnancies (sometimes both) and it was only after the birth of my second child that I began to dip a toe into the world of exercising. However, for my plans this year, a simple toe dip was not going to cut it. I needed some clear instructions, with goals that I could visualise and measure. Fay beautifully encompassed this within the personalised program that she wrote for me months ago, and since then my confidence and attitude towards health and fitness has grown and flourished.

I have not only followed my personal 15 week plan. I have also engaged Fay’s services at home and have had several personal training sessions. Fay’s energy and enthusiasm is second to none and during PT sessions with her I genuinely feel like I can take on the world. When boxing in my living room the other week she cranked up the Rocky soundtrack and I challenge anyone to not end up grinning and sweating from ear to ear after that... She even got my kids doing squats in my garden one Saturday morning! We have since developed the ‘Coach Mum’ game in our house and, anytime I need to get the kids to burn off some excess energy, I embrace my inner Fay, and get the kids to plank, lunge and star jump.

Fay tailors her plans specifically to the individual and really takes the time to get to know the whole person. For me, exercising is as much about my physical health as it is about my mental health. I struggle with depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, something that I discussed with Fay at our very first meeting. Not once has Fay made me feel anything other than safe and heard, even taking the time to get in touch to see if I was ok after hearing that I was having a difficult time. She really goes above and beyond. This is evident at any of her Trail Tribe sessions, where you can clearly see the respect and comradeship of her fellow tribesmen. They in turn, are a great testament to Fay, offering encouragement and hilarity at every group session. The Fay Phenomenon truly is infectious!
