Lisa Is Adding To Her Medal Wall!
I have had the pleasure of Fay putting together 2 10K training plans for me (and yes I said pleasure!) during this year and I cannot say enough good things about them!
Having struggled to ever commit to any type of training or exercise plan before, I was nervous about entering a race and not be able to complete it! I shouldn't have worried the as the support I got from Fay & Lee and the rest of the tribe was awesome and if I ever had a down day a trail tribe class never fails to give me my motivation back. Also Fay has also been on hand to help me back on track if I have been struggling.
The plan was easy to follow and Fay had taken into consideration the amount of training I could commit to around family and work so that I was able to fit it all in. The Plan also came with 'science' behind the type of training so I knew the benefits I was getting. The Plan was varied so no week was repetitive to help keep it fresh and interesting, this really helps when the going gets tough! she also included a Nutrition guide to help educate me on the right foods to fuel my training (I still need work on this!! lol!)
Meeting Fay & Lee has honestly changed my life! (may be corny but true!) I am fitter , healthier and stronger than I have ever been (or thought I would be) with so much more energy to run around after my two young daughters.
With the support of Fay, Lee and the tribe I have completed more races than I ever thought I would and now look forward to finding a new challenge to add to my medal wall!
