David Is Flying!
After years of training without any real structure I decided for 2018 I would try and use a training plan. Looking around I struggled to find a plan focused on Downhill mtb, the plans I found were to lose weight or to get ripped nothing really specific until I found Fays plans. After a few emails exchanged, I decided to bite the bullet and go for it.
With plenty of contact, Fay had sent my new plan within a week and I couldn't be more thrilled. That weekend I began on my tests to give me a base and started the plan the following Monday. I'm now 2 months into my plan and ecstatic with the results. I spend more time riding and having fun rather than mindless hours in the gym training in ways that are not so beneficial.
Not only has Fay delivered me a great plan, she has also given me great information on nutrition as this was an area I struggled with. Now with a new training plan and correct diet advice I'm pushing more power consistently, feeling fitter and healthier, more importantly going faster!
I can't thank Fay enough for the plan and look forward to working with her for the rest of the 2018 season!
