Emma Is Turning Into Super Woman!
I had been thinking of getting a training plan sorted for a while to work on my fitness for Cyclocross and Cross Country and as soon as I saw Fay had started designing them I knew I wanted one from her.
I've just started week 5 of the 14 week training plan and I have really started to notice a difference when out on the bike.
There are lots of varied sessions in the plan and plenty of things to keep me entertained (I get bored easily). I had never done any strength training before starting the program and am thoroughly enjoying all the new exercises.
