Tim Is Shredding This Summer!
I followed a mountain bike training plan from Fay ready to prepare for a mountain bike holiday with ridge line mountain biking this summer. They have a good setup and we did a lot of riding on untouched trails and long days.
I always think training is quite hard to see results from directly with mountain biking, however this was the opposite from the way I felt this holiday. It's the first riding holiday I've been on where physically I felt good all week and was able to ride and give each trail full effort. Usually after a few days of big rides I find my form dropping off and getting very sloppy on the bike.
I highly recommend this plan!
