Tanya Is Taking On The World!
I started to feel like life was getting on top of me. Juggling work and family life and being a constant taxi to kids, I felt like I wasn’t looking after myself. When trying to get back to fitness and good eating I felt like I never had the time.
I met with Fay feeling a bit low about my weight and not getting into a regular fitness routine. I contacted Fay by email and quickly got a response asking to meet me for a cuppa. I felt excited straight away. I met Fay a few days later. I quickly felt at ease and with a few adjustments I would soon be on my way to healthy eating , losing weight and get my fitness back.
I started with a 12 wk eating plan and personal training sessions. I looked forward to my sessions even though they were hard and made the time to make myself and my family nutritious and delicious meals.
5 months on I feel so much happier, healthier and fitter. Fay has pushed me and in this time I have lost weight, managed a 10K and looking forward to a 30k Charity walk over 3 munro’s. I regularly attend Fay’s Trail Tribe sessions, where I have met some great people and hoping to complete a half marathon later this year. I cannot thank and recommend Fay enough and not forgetting her husband Lee who is always a great support at Trail Tribe as well as introducing me to Hill Walking. It’s onwards and upwards for me thanks to Fay!
