Andy Is Setting His Sights on A Half Marathon!
Wow, I'm so glad that I met Fay (and her husband Lee), she has really helped me to get in control of my fitness, and provided the inspiration to do so.
I have had so many failed attempts at getting into a regular fitness pattern. With Fay and the Trail Tribe crew, its been easy to get into a steady routine, the fitness sessions have been varied and fun, and the banter has been top notch and an incredibly supportive environment.
Since I started working with Fay, I have had a nutrition plan and a 10k running plan, I followed the nutrition plan pretty closely for the duration and consequently now do some of the good habits that she champions automatically now! As a consequence my fitness, energy and stamina levels have increased, to the point that I entered the Balmoral 10k and beat my previous best time.
Now I am setting sights on a half marathon and the Prime Four Beast Race. The fact that I am even considering a half marathon is a bit crazy for me, as somebody who previously hated to run!
