Guendalina Smashes Her Cycling Goals!
I have started my training with Fay because I wanted to get fitter and stronger in order to achieve Etape Loch Ness. Fay designed for me a 3-months training with a variety of targeted sessions including swimming, cycling, running and gym.
There is no doubt that following such a plan requires effort and determination. Fay could not supervised me every day but she managed to support and encourage me despite the distance with texts, emails and her YouTube channel.
I absolutely loved each of my training sessions. It was structured in such a way that I could perform anytime and anywhere, with alternative options in case if I could not access to the gym or outdoors. I also appreciated the food dietary advice that Fay provided me and are essential for a better athletic performance.
I felt incredibly proud when I achieve my goal and completed the Etape. In fact, I am still using the training plan to do even further competitions. I could not have done it without Fay’s training plan.
I have found Fay incredibly professional, efficient and dedicated. I would recommend her and Trail Tribe in a heartbeat!
