Sue Is Now A Rock, Paper, Scissors Ninja!
I was introduced to Fay and the Trail Tribe concept by a friend back in Spring 2018 and I’ve never looked back. The idea of exercising outside in the beautiful Scolty woods appealed to me, as I’ve always found gyms a complete bore.
Having had a VERY significant birthday last year, I wanted to try to be as fit and healthy as possible (I think I currently hold the honour of being the oldest Triber). I have struggled in the past to motivate myself to exercise on my own, but motivation is easy with Fay as every session is completely different and you never know what you are going to be faced with. It doesn’t matter what age or fitness level you are, whether you’re training for a specific event, or like me, just want to be in the best shape possible, Fay makes sure the sessions are geared to all abilities.
Alongside the ‘serious’ business there is also a lot of fun and laughter. Fay has a wicked sense of humour, and my fellow Tribers are a great bunch of people who I now call friends. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually look forward to getting out of bed on a Sunday morning, whatever the weather, and can’t wait to see what Fay has in store for us. In addition to a huge improvement in my fitness I’ve also learned a new skill - Rock, Paper, Scissors! Thanks Fay.
