Are you planning to run your first 10k? Maybe you have run. 10k race but you want to get faster and stronger to beat your PB?

This 12 week phased training programme has been designed to develop your strength and core stability as a runner as well as your cardiovascular fitness. It includes a wide range of sessions from intervals to long runs, from balance and core sessions to bodyweight strength and conditioning.

Train well and the race will be the place you enjoy all your hard work! This plan is tried and tested, all the sessions I have completed myself and with clients. It is created from my experience as a Personal Trainer, working in the RAF and completing 10k races.
