It is pretty cool that you have come to the right place to help you with your goal! This plan is designed to support and develop you as an all round runner. I will provide you with tried and tested sessions used by both myself and clients to smash our running goals.

We will focus on endurance, speed and strength to provide you with the complete plan phased over 12 weeks. For only £4 a week you will receive a plan that is ready to take you to the start line of a half marathon!
