Get fitter, stronger and faster with this 14 week training plan, tailored to mountain bikers who want to improve their strength and power on the bike as well as all round cardiovascular fitness. This is the first of a two part training programme.

This programme is based on my experience as a personal trainer, my time training in the RAF and as a competitor racing the Enduro World Series. I understand through personal experience what it takes to push your body to the limit on tough tracks and how important it is to prepare yourself and support your body to finish feeling strong and in control.

For only £3.50 a week you will receive the first phased training plan designed by a mountain biker for mountain bikers! Whether you want to race Cross Country, Enduro or Downhill, or you just want to get faster and stronger when you are riding with your mates, this plan will support you and your riding.

There are options to train both in a gym or at home, with lots of bike specific sessions you can tailor around your work and family commitments. It is tried and tested with awesome results, check out the reviews.
