Road riding is so much fun, but this can quickly change if you hit the wall or run out of power, dropping off the back of the group and having to work ten times harder to get back on!

For only £3.50 a week you will received a training plan which consists of 3 phases and stretches over 14 weeks. It is designed for you to build your strength and power on the bike.

I have used my qualifications in personal training and strength and conditioning, combined with my road bike training and racing experience to create a plan that makes the most of your available time, equipment and is ready to support you to achieve your best when the wheels hit the tarmac!
