Using both my qualifications in personal training and strength and conditioning, plus my experience both ski racing for the RAF and skiing for fun, I would love to support you on this journey! Helping you to develop the habits and full body conditioning you need to tackle that GS course or breeze those reds and blacks on your next ski holiday!
