So, you have got a place for the 2019 Trans Madeira! Amazing! A once in a lifetime race deserves some proper preparation so you can enjoy the whole experience and shred the trails the only way you know how! Keep up with the pros, hit those berms and glide over those roots!

This programme is designed to provide you with more than just riding mile after mile, you have dedicated yourself to achieving the goal of becoming faster, stronger and more skilled on the bike and this programme has been prepared to do just that! The Trans Madeira is five whole days of racing and you will cover more than 200km on the bike with 25 special stages to lay down your skills and put that strength and conditioning to the test. I am confident that if you commit to this programme you will achieve your goal whether that is just to finish or to hit the top 20!

So what are you waiting for? The plan is set to start on the 4th March 2019 and runs for 13 weeks with periodised training and a taper phase into the race so you can perform at your best!
