Trail Tribe is coming to the Scolty Hill, Banchory! The first sessions will take place on Sunday 7th January 2018 and run every Sunday morning.
Trail Tribe is an outdoor fitness class which takes place on the trails exploring the local forest. It is designed to provide a full body workout to get the best from all Tribe members no matter the level of fitness or experience. It is not a trail run, but a trail run with a twist!
Trail Tribe will run two sessions every Sunday morning:
0900 - 1000: This session is aimed at anybody who has not been before and wants to try a session out. Anybody who has not done too much trail running or sport and fitness recently. It will also include the individuals who want to learn about technique and get to know how Trail Tribe works!
1015 - 1115: This session, will be a step up from the morning session, whilst there will be instruction throughout and exercises can be demonstrated, individuals will be used to running at least 5km and performing exercises such as push ups, tricep dips, burpees etc.
Do not worry, nobody will be left behind, we are a Tribe, we stick together and work together!

Trail Tribe will meet in the Car Park, please be aware there are car parking charges set by the Forestry Commission: £1 for up to 1 hour, £1.50 for up to 3 hours.
How to Book
Trail Tribe runs at a maximum of 12 Tribe Members per session. To book your place, email email@example.com and you will be provided with a session consent form to complete and bring to the first session. Places are limited so make sure you get your place confirmed!
Trail Tribe is £6 per session, however there is an opportunity to book 12 sessions for a reduced price. These sessions will be 12 consecutive sessions at an upfront cost of £60 (saving £12). In addition, this will secure your place on the session of your choice for 12 weeks from the first session.
You will be able to pay in cash or via a PayPal link which will be sent to you when you book onto your first session using the email firstname.lastname@example.org
What Do I need?
The sessions will all take place off road so it is advised to wear trainers with good off road grip. Wear exercise clothing which is comfortable when running and suited to the weather. If you have any concerns please contact email@example.com ahead of the session and keep an eye on our instagram and facebook account for advice the saturday before the session takes place.
It is advisable to bring a drink and any independent requirements you may have should be considered and can be discussed before the start of the session. The Personal Trainer in charge will be carrying a first aid kit, mobile phone, emergency water and food plus additional clothing dependent on weather to support the group in an emergency situation. Please do not rely on the Personal Trainer to support you, come prepared!
Are Children allowed?
These sessions are designed around adults, however children over the age of 15 years old can attend. The sessions consist of running and many bodyweight exercises, therefore it is the parent or guardians responsibility to accompany any children throughout the session and adaptations will be made if needed. Children if attending with a guardian, should attend the 0900-1000 session. The Personal Trainer in charge will have the final call on whether the child is able to attend. Please contact Trail Tribe prior to the session to discuss the attendance of children under 18 years.
