Work Hard, Play Harder!
What a fantastic session, the Trail Tribe worked extremely hard this week, after a trail run to the base of a hill, we set to demonstrating the exercises that we would work on in between hill repeats.
Burpees, push ups, lunges and the plank all made an appearance! However to keep spirits high and tap into that competitive edge the Tribe worked in two teams to complete as many hill reps as they could together in-between the exercises! A little competition and the motivation went sky high! Both teams worked so well together!
Thanks to everybody who ran, jumped, pushed, lunged and held their plank for some amazing commitment and hard work! It was good fun and the smiles said it all! (Once it was over!)
