You Won't Get A Gym With A View Like This!
What a beautiful weekend for the Trail Tribe! This week was all about hill runs and log carries, but it was also the first time we ran 2 group sessions! Everybody came with a determined attitude to push themselves and support each other to achieve more than they believe they could! The first session ran from 9-10am, we had some new faces and they did not stop smiling! We lunged with logs, we squatted with logs, we ran, we jumped and we pushed out some press ups and tricep dips! Tina Turner got us through the last few minutes of the session where everybody pushed their limits and drove each other on to keep the reps going!
At 1015-1115 we ran an advanced session and the aim was a trail run to the top of the Scolty! This was no ordinary trail run with squats, lunges, burpees and press ups thrown in as we climbed. It wasn’t an easy session and we had 3 ninjas who decided after the 9-10am session to join in on the second session too!
Once at the top we used the Tower as a timer and the Tribe took it in turns to act as the time as they climbed the steps to the top of the Scolty tower and back down. Whilst they were climbing the rest of the tribe completed exercises from push ups, sit-ups, wall walks and hollow body holds!
